Located in Portalington on the northern shores of the Bellarine Peninsula, it has an open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area. The delightfully furnished lounge room with its open fire place has TV,DVD and reverse cycle heating and cooling.

The fully self contained  kitchen offers all modern appliances with gas cooking, microwave and dishwasher. Both bedrooms offer queen size beds. The second living area, capturing the morning sun, is a beautiful space to just sit and relax. There is a euro style laundry and a bathroom with a full sized bath and overhead shower. The paved outdoor area has an electric BBQ and outdoor setting.
