Jaimi Faulkner
Jaimi Faulkner, has a reputation as a gifted songwriter, an accomplished musician and an exciting live performer. He captivates audiences with his powerful live performances. He has played at Port Fairy, Apollo Bay, Queenscliff and Wangaratta Jazz & Blues music festivals.

At 21, his impressive debut album ‘Last light’ (featuring Aria award winners Mia Dyson and Chris Wilson), debuted at number 5 on the Rhythms Magazine charts and held its position for four months. In late 2006, Jaimi’s second release ‘Back to you’ featured heavily on national radio with singles debuting at #3 and #4 on the Triple J Unearthed Charts.

In 2007 Jaimi played more than 200 shows, including the American JUKE JOINT FESTIVAL in Clarksdale Mississippi and Europe. Early in 2008, Faulkner took out the prestigious Australian Blues/Roots Performer of the Year (band category) and represented Australia in the International Blues Challenge in Memphis Tennesee, followed by a second European tour. Faulkner will release his next album in 2009.
