Dreamboogie, has a repertoire firmly embedded in the Blues. From the classic tunes of 1950s Chess recordings, (“Spoonful”) through to Canned Heat (“Lets Work Together”), The Fabulous Thunderbirds (“Why Get Up”), and Denise LaSalle (Someone Else Is Steppin’ In). All songs are imbued with the band’s original sound.

Bex Davey, (Vocals) – began her musical journey as a guitarist, but switched to singing when her guitar teacher suggested trying it so as to perform backing vocals. Then followed a path of accompanying herself on acoustic guitar, before a spell in hard rock bands. She had always loved blues music, and, answering an ad, was chosen as the vocalist for the band.El Rey, (Guitar). Hailing originally from Colombia, Mauricio has studied at the prestigious Berklee College in the USA, completing a a Diploma: Electric Guitar. He has performed in bands both in the USA and his native country both as a sideman, and a band leader.

Connor O’Neill , (Bass). Connor has a Bachelor Of Music from the University of Tasmania. Since his graduation Connor has played in variety of acts, and has toured South Africa and the Middle East.
Robert B Dillon, (Drums). A wealth of experience, both in Australia and internationally, ensures a steady hand in the drumming department. Robert has performed with some of Australia’s leading artists, both on record and live.
