Gareth Huggett is a British / Australian musician whose influences range from the great British rock bands of the 70’s, the sound of Seattle and the blues of the Mississippi.
With his music deeply rooted in personal experiences, emotions, and observations, Gareth’s inspirations are diverse and far-reaching, reflecting his unique blend of rock, blues, and folk styles. Gareth’s latest album ‘Modern Life’ sees him in his element, strutting to the sound of Rhythm and Blues, harmonica in one hand, mic in the other.
Gareth Huggett & The Remedy was born of some of Melbourne’s finest musicians, the band has hit the ground running, playing great shows at The Vineyard, St Kilda Blues Fest, The Beast, Mr Boogie Man Bar to name a few.
