You’ll see all four acts!
Wayne Jury & Eddy Boyle
Over 30 years of performing and working behind the scenes in Sydney gained Wayne much respect as a singer/songwriter. He may not be a household name but his solo performance leaves little doubt of his talent and ability as a singer and songwriter.
It would be a generalisation to group 23 year old Alister Turrill with other young roots players. His playing style blends a true form of blues with complex song writing seldom seen in someone so young.
Sweet Felicia & The Tradies
Sweet Felicia charms audiences around Australia with her distinctive and powerful yet touching vocals and bass work. Her band swings hard and her music reminds us of the hot clubs of the 40s and 50s. Sweet Felicia played bass for Lil Fi and the Delta Rhythm Kings for four and a half years and during this time a highlight was supporting the legendary BB King. She has numerous awards to her credit including semi-finalist in the 2010 International Blues Challenge in Memphis USA.
Electric Blues Collective
The Electric Blues Collective punch out a heady mash of ferocious Chicago blues. With Little Walter, Howling Wolf and Bo Diddley whipping the horses, they’re reinterpreting rather than re-hashing, creating original high vibe dancing blues music.
