How to support The Blues Train fundraising campaignThe Blues Train needs your help!

Our income has been reduced to zero since the COVID-19 shutdown was introduced back in March. We have been holding our own since then and getting through the day to day expenses. We never would have thought when the shutdown started in March, that we would still be unable to run the train come September, and after six months off the tracks, our reserve funds are drying up and we need your help!

Unfortunately, just because the train isn’t running, doesn’t mean we don’t have to pay our rent, subscription fees, our phone bill or maintain our work vehicles. We have now launched a Go Fund Me fundraising campaign to help keep The Blues Train alive, and to help ensure that it not only sees another show on the rails, it sees at least another 26 years of live music promotion, continues to provide employment to hundreds of artists, contractors and casual staff, and delivers an unforgettable experience to our beloved fans and those simply wanting to go that first time and tick it off the bucket list.

There are a few simple ways in which you can help support our campaign;

  1. Donate: Whether it’s $1, $10 or $100, anything you can spare to put towards keeping The Blues Train on the rails, every little bit will make a big difference.
  2. Share: Share our Go Fund Me fundraising campaign link all over your social media, the more people that know about the campaign, the more support we can get.
  3. Subscribe: Subscribe to our VIP newsletter so that you can stay up to date with the latest Blues Train news.

The Go Fund Me Campaign is available at: https://www.gofundme.com/f/thebluestrain2020

We have estimated at minimum, $70,000 is needed to keep the business running, so please, where you can, donate, share on your social media and encourage your friends and family to do the same.

Lastly, please subscribe to our VIP newsletter at https://www.thebluestrain.com.au/subscribe, to stay up to date; we are releasing regular updates on restrictions and what that means for The Blues Train, including when we will be able to release tickets on sale again.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for all your ongoing support.

We hope to one day soon, see you all aboard the loose caboose to Shake’ Rattle’ ‘n’ Roll’ once again.
