Melbourne Blues Songstress Anna Scionti (pronounced Shon-tee) is a singer-songwriter and guitarist. Playing cigar box guitar, resonator, lap steel or six-string guitar, you will be immersed deep into her world of emotionally charged electrified rhythmic blues.

Scionti’s uninhibited foot-stomping blues is honest and raw and in November 2017, her self-titled EP debuted at No.2 on the Australian Blues & Roots Airplay Charts. Five self-penned songs feature her unique sound and style of driving slide guitar and seductive vocals.

Whether creating catchy music on lap steel, six-string guitar, or on a one, three or four-string cigar box guitar, you will hear deep, honest, dirty blues.

Anna has represented Melbourne in Memphis, Tennessee at the 2016 International Blues Challenge as vocalist and guitarist for Miss Whiskey, and has played at blues festivals both in Victoria and interstate. This is just the beginning of what is to come from this Melbourne-based blues woman.
