Are you a friendly and energetic music lover who enjoys a busy event bar atmosphere? Then The Blues Train wants to hear from you!

Our event bar team is involved in all aspects of operating our event bar. This includes event and bar set-up, greeting and serving customers, cash handling, operating digital point of sale system, event and bar pack-down and other relevant duties as required. Our bar staff members work closely with our Bar Manager to ensure that RSA responsibilities are always adhered to and ensure that customers have a positive and enjoyable experience.

To be successful you will have:

• Excellent communication & organisational skills with the ability to communicate effectively
• A strong customer service focus with the motivation to consistently drive high service levels
• Excellent ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a calm character
• High level of personal presentation, professionalism, and integrity
• Legal right to work in Australia
• Hold a current RSA & Food Safety Certificates

In return, you will receive: –

• Regular Saturday night shifts and some Friday night shifts (excluding public holidays and most long weekends) between October and May
