Why are some Gift Cards more expensive than a ticket?

Gift Cards each have a set value, determined by the Gift Card purchased, this may or may not be equal to, higher or lower than the ticket price.

Your Gift Card may be used to make purchases up to the Card Value. If you wish to make a purchase for an amount that exceeds the Remaining Card Value, you must pay the excess using another payment method.

No change will be given: any remaining balance on the card can only be used in whole or part against future purchases. Any remaining balance may be used up to the expiry date printed on your gift card.

Remaining Card Value may not be used to purchase items at the event (ie beverages). It may only be used to purchase items prior to the event online via our ticketing system (tickets and merchandise)
