Gift Cards each have a set value, determined by the Gift Card purchased.
This may or may not be equal to, higher or lower than the ticket price.
Your Gift Card may be redeemed to make purchases of Blues Train tickets or merchandise, up to the card value.
If you wish to make a purchase for an amount that exceeds the Remaining Card Value, you must pay the excess using another payment method (ie credit card).
Should you have credit left on your card (ie you had a $200 gift card and purchased 1 ticket for $150: $200-$150=$50 remaining) you may use this balance towards ticket upgrades or merchandise purchases, or towards future ticket purchases on The Blues Train, future Gift Card purchases or merchandise purchases (online as an extra with your ticket purchase, prior to the event).
Gift cards are redeemable for Blues Train tickets, ticket upgrades and merchandise purchases only. Upgrades and merchandise purchases can be made at the same time as ticket purchases, all of which can be paid for by redeeming your gift card. Any outstanding balances will need to be paid for via card at time of purchase.
Remaining card value may not be used to purchase items at the event (ie beverages or merchandise).
No change will be given: any remaining balance on the card can only be used in whole or part against future purchases. Any remaining balance may be used up to the expiry date printed on your gift card.
