    Medium red-purple; the bouquet has a mix of juicy berry fruit and slightly chippy oak,and finishes with a fruit driven mouthful.
  • Nine Yards and Counting Shiraz – $36 (by local Leura Park Winery)
    Estate grown.  Cherry, blackberry and mocha notes.  Medium  bodied wine with rich blackberry, spice and subtle cinnamon flavours and a great balance between the fruit richness and some savoury characters;  the wine finishing with some dusty tannins.  A wine to be enjoyed with food offering ripe tannins and balanced acidity which complement richer red meat dishes.
  • Jack Rabbit Pinot Noir – $36 (by local Jack Rabbit Vineyard)
    Dense red in colour, fading to rose pink on the rim.  The nose has pronounced Pinot Noir varietal characteristics of ripe blackberry and cherries alongside warm, earthy aromas.  Palate notations feature elegant tar, game and rose petal components.  Slight toasty oak, soft but healthy tannins on the length and a pleasant, acidic finish ensure a wine of superior balance and enjoyment.

    Geelong Grown. The fruit for the Yublong Cabernet was hand-picked, de-stemmed then fermented in small open batches. Nurtured in fine French oak for 10 months, the wine was bottled without fining. Dark, opulent red in colour. Black currant, chocolate and plum dominate the nose followed by secondary hints of cedar, rosemary and mocha. The wine has great depth and intensity yet manages to retain a beguiling delicacy. The finish is one of fine, savoury tannins and balanced acidity. Enjoy now of long into the future.
