What if I cannot attend my Blues Train Show date?

As per our Terms & Conditions, once tickets have been purchased for a show date, they are non-transferable and non-refundable.

We do however, as a good will gesture to our patrons, offer a Ticket Classifieds page on our website. Patrons can list their tickets to on sell to another party free of commission or charges.

All tickets must be sold at face value or below. Discounting tickets is solely at the discretion of the ticket holder but can be effective when looking for a quick on-sale.

We often receive enquiries for tickets to sold out shows close to show dates, and our customer service team are more than happy to direct these enquiries to the Ticket Classifieds Listings.

Please note The Blues Train Pty Ltd takes no responsibility for transactions on the Ticket Classifieds page, we simply provide this service as a goodwill gesture. The Blues Train Pty Ltd, including their employees, take no part in the listing, buying, or selling transaction of event tickets listed on the Ticket Classifieds platform.
