There are two menus served on The Blues Train depending on the time of year:

DAYLIGHT SAVINGS MENU

  • Slow cooked and pulled Cape Byron Angus Beef in a blues inspired sauce. (GF)
  • Creamy oven baked mustard chicken breast (GF)
  • Fresh Seasonal Tossed leaf salad with a zesty dressing (GF)
  • Spinach, Feta and Bacon Pasta salad in a fresh basil pesto (GF, VEG OPTION)
  • Summer Inspired coleslaw in a creamy dressing (GF)
  • Roast Pumpkin and Chickpea Salad w/ feta and bacon (GF, VEG OPTION)
  • Charred Corn and Black Bean Southern Style Chopped Salad w/ tortilla chips and a tangy dressing (GF)
  • Oven baked jacket potato

Condiments include gluten-free gravy (MSG free), a range of American mild, medium and hot BBQ sauces, seeded mustard, mango chutney, tabasco hot sauce, sour cream, salt & pepper.

Our meals are accompanied by fresh dinner rolls (no gluten free) with easy spread butter, and served on china plates with stainless steel cutlery. Two-ply napkins are provided.

NON DAYLIGHT SAVING MENU

  • Fresh seasonal greens, steamed onsite.
  • Slow cooked and pulled Cape Byron Angus Beef in a blues inspired sauce (GF)
  • Creamy oven baked mustard chicken breast (GF)
  • Fresh Seasonal Tossed leaf salad with a zesty dressing (GF)
  • Roast Pumpkin and Chickpea Salad w/ feta and bacon (GF, VEG OPTION)
  • Cauliflower, broccoli and roast pumpkin cheese bake (GF)
  • Crunchy winter Coleslaw
