There are two menus served on The Blues Train, depending on the time of year:

SUNSET SEASON (DAYLIGHT SAVINGS) MENU

  • Slow-cooked and pulled beef in a smokey hickory BBQ sauce (GF)
  • Zesty oven-baked lemon chicken breast (GF)
  • Fresh seasonal tossed leaf salad with optional dressing (GF)
  • Spinach, feta and bacon pasta salad in a fresh basil pesto (VEG Option)
  • Shredded rainbow salad in a creamy dressing (GF)
  • Tuscan pear and roasted capsicum salad, with sliced olives and feta (GF)
  • Minted Couscous and Spinach salad with Peas, Mandarin and Feta
  • Chat potatoes
  • Bread rolls with easy spread butter (GF rolls available upon request)
  • Vegetarian and Vegan alternatives available upon request

MOONLIGHT SEASON (NON-DAYLIGHT SAVINGS) MENU

  • Slow-cooked and pulled beef in a smokey hickory BBQ sauce (GF)
  • Creamy oven baked mustard chicken breast (GF)
  • Ancient Grain Salad with Spinach
  • Roast pumpkin and chickpea salad w/ feta and bacon (GF, VEG Option)
  • Cauliflower, broccoli and roast pumpkin cheese bake (GF)
  • Crunchy winter coleslaw
  • Chat potatoes
  • Bread rolls with easy spread butter (GF rolls available upon request)
  • Vegetarian and Vegan alternatives available upon request

Condiments include gluten-free gravy (MSG-free), a range of medium and hot BBQ sauces, tabasco hot sauce, seeded mustard, mango chutney, sour cream, assorted pickled vegetables and salt & pepper.

Our meals are served on China plates with stainless steel cutlery. Two-ply napkins are provided.
